Hi! I’m Kristen, owner of Events by Kristen.
‘Events by Kristen’ was established as soon as I graduated Florida International University in May 2016.nIn part-time jobs throughout college, I found my love of planning parties. Although working at a trampoline park, as an event hostess wasn’t where I saw myself for the rest of my life, I knew it was a start. Since then I have worked in different elms of event planning. After conducting 1500 hours in the field in order to graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management, Event Planning I knew I was cut out for this fast-paced field. Since putting together my own graduation party, which I named “Kristen’s Last Tailgate” in honor of the last time I would be celebrating as a college student doing what we did best- tailgate, I quickly had business. From Thanksgiving gatherings to holiday parties, bridal showers and weddings, I have gained so much experience in planning events.
Planning events for a living sounds like a dream—picking food and décor, working with tons of different people, spending your days at unique venues instead of behind a desk. But it takes more than just a love of a great party to succeed in this non-stop, upbeat field.
My motto at Events by Kristen is “every last detail” which is self-explanatory. I promise to pay attention to each and every detail from our consultation until you walk out of the reception to your hotel room, from the details you wish to be involved in, to the ones you wish not to. Events by Kristen will serve as your right hand, your go-to on your special day. All of my packages include timeline personalization and day of coordination. I will be of assistance on anything day of. From making sure everything is on time to attending anything you may need, I will be there for your every need regardless of the package you choose.
